This Cookie Policy explains how Vendalize LLC ("Vendalize," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the vendalize.space website and our applications (the "Platform"). It is a companion to our Privacy Policy. Because we operate only in the United States, we do not use a cookie consent banner; instead, we disclose the cookies we use and give you controls over the non-essential ones.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as browser local storage. Some are set by us ("first-party"), and some are set by the third-party services we use ("third-party").
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the Platform to work (for example, keeping you signed in and securing payments). These cannot be turned off through Cookie Preferences.
- Functional — remember choices you make, such as which portal you're using.
- Analytics and attribution — help us understand how the Platform is used and how visitors find us. These are the cookies you can opt out of.

4. Local storage
We also use browser local storage for:
vendalize_ip_location— caches your approximate location (from IP) so maps and content load faster;vendalize_selected_metro— remembers the metro area you're viewing;vendalize_ref_dismiss_*— remembers that you dismissed a referral banner;- PostHog storage — analytics identifier and settings; and
- Mapbox storage — supports the interactive maps we use.
5. Your choices
- Cookie Preferences — you can opt out of analytics and attribution cookies through the Cookie Preferences control on the Platform.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics and attribution cookies automatically.
- Browser settings — you can block or delete cookies through your browser. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from working (for example, staying signed in or completing a payment).
Opting out of analytics cookies does not delete your account or stop essential functionality — it stops the analytics and attribution cookies described above.
6. Third-party services
Some cookies are set by the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy (Section 4), including Stripe, Cloudflare, and PostHog. Where those services load on the Platform, their cookies are governed by both this Policy and the provider's own policy.
