VENDALIZE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These Community Guidelines keep Vendalize a marketplace that Property Owners and Mobile Vendors can trust. They're part of the Vendalize Terms of Service and use the terms defined there. We may moderate, remove, or edit Content, and suspend or terminate Accounts, for serious or repeated violations. Property Owners will:

  • Follow the law. Maintain the zoning, permits, licensing, and insurance your Space and its activities require.
  • List honestly. Represent your Space, its condition, and its pricing accurately.
  • List only what's yours to offer. Only list Spaces you own or have written authority to license.
  • Deliver what you listed. Mobile Vendors should receive the Space as it was described when they booked.

Mobile Vendors will:

  • Follow the law. Maintain the permits, licensing, and insurance your operation requires.
  • Use the Space as agreed. Operate only for what you booked, as described to the Property Owner.
  • Operate safely. Handle your equipment and materials responsibly and in line with the Property Owner's rules.
  • Leave it as you found it. Treat the Space with care, and clean up when you're done.

Everyone will:

  • Be honest. Represent yourself truthfully, and communicate clearly with other users and with Vendalize.
  • Keep it on Vendalize. Communicate, book, and pay through the Platform — it's what keeps everyone protected.
  • Respect privacy. Use others' information only for your Booking, and safeguard your own.
  • Be considerate. Mobile commerce is public — be mindful of neighbors, adjacent businesses, and the surrounding community.

No one may:

  • Discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, gender, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other legally protected class.
  • Break the law or endanger others — including selling prohibited goods, or bringing weapons or illegal activity onto a Space. See Prohibited Conduct in our Terms for specifics.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users, our team, or the integrity of the marketplace — including posting dishonest reviews or manipulating ratings.
  • Evade the rules — no false identities, no duplicate accounts to dodge a suspension, and no use by anyone under 18.

Vendalize is a marketplace platform, not a party to Bookings. We report illegal activity to the proper authorities. For emergencies, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.
